วันจันทร์ที่ 24 มีนาคม 2568 ว่าที่ร้อยตรี ธนุ วงษ์จินดา เลขาธิการคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน (เลขาธิการ กพฐ.) มอบหมายให้ นายพัฒนะ พัฒนทวีดล รองเลขาธิการคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน (รองเลขาธิการ กพฐ.) เข้าร่วม โครงการประชุมเชิงปฏิบัติการ “เสริมสร้างประสิทธิภาพการขับเคลื่อนศูนย์พัฒนาศักยภาพบุคคลเพื่อความเป็นเลิศ (Human Capital Excellence Center : HCEC) ประจำปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. 2568 โดยมี นายสิริพงศ์ อังคสกุลเกียรติ ผู้ช่วยรัฐมนตรีประจำกระทรวงศึกษาธิการ เป็นประธานในการเปิดโครงการ พร้อมด้วย ประธานศูนย์พัฒนาศักยภาพบุคคลเพื่อความเป็นเลิศ ผู้จัดการศูนย์พัฒนาศักยภาพบุคคลเพื่อความเป็นเลิศ คณะครู และผู้เกี่ยวข้อง เข้าร่วมการประชุม ณ โรงแรมริเวอร์ไซด์ กรุงเทพมหานคร

ในการนี้ นางสาวสุปราณี ปัญญานะ ผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียนยุพราชวิทยาลัย เข้ารับเกียรติบัตรประธานศูนย์พัฒนาศักยภาพบุคคลเพื่อความเป็นเลิศ (Human Capital Excellence Center : HCEC) และ นางสุภาวดี ฉลาดวงศ์ หัวหน้ากลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้ภาษาต่างประเทศ ก. เข้ารับเกียรติบัตรผู้จัดการศูนย์พัฒนาศักยภาพบุคคลเพื่อความเป็นเลิศ (Human Capital Excellence Center : HCEC)

On Monday, March 24, 2025, Lieutenant Colonel Thanu Wongjinda, Secretary-General of the Basic Education Commission (BEC), assigned Mr. Phattana Phattanathawidorn, Deputy Secretary-General of the Basic Education Commission, to participate in the workshop project titled "Enhancing the Efficiency of Driving the Human Capital Excellence Center (HCEC) for Fiscal Year 2025." The opening ceremony was chaired by Mr. Siriphong Angsakulkiat, Assistant Minister to the Ministry of Education, along with the President of the Human Capital Excellence Center, the Manager of the Human Capital Excellence Center, faculty members, and other stakeholders, at the Riverside Hotel in Bangkok.

On this occasion, Ms. Supharanee Panyana, Director of Yupparaj Wittayalai School, received a certificate as the President of the Human Capital Excellence Center (HCEC), and Mrs. Supawadee Chaladwong, Head of the Foreign Language Learning Group, received a certificate as the Manager of the Human Capital Excellence Center (HCEC).
